Fantastic Italian subs, mozz included. My go-to for a sandwich in JC, ever since Fran's in Hoboken closed during the pandemic. Highly recommend it!

The best Italian market in Jersey City if not all of New Jersey. The prepared foods are absolutely delicious and the sandwiches are outstanding. They don’t skimp at all on portions and every sandwich is filled to brim. The deli has the finest looking meats and fresh fish I’ve seen. Absolutely outstanding staff who are knowledgeable and will go the extra mile.

Not my go to for sandwiches, but since it’s in the area went last evening. The chicken cutlet in the sandwich was not good, the chicken had gone bad and was inedible, so had to take it out of the sandwich. Also if you can’t take the extra time and care needed to thin out the cutlet properly and bread and fry it to make it crispy, then it’s no point imo. Too many other places in the area do that and it makes all the difference in a sandwich, outside of the chicken just being fresh Ofcourse. For $14 a sandwich, being on the high end compared to others as well in the area, the chicken should be fresh and edible, atleast.

You step in and it smells of fresh bakery. A great place for everyday shopping and quick snacks or small meal. Got a bagel with egg and scallion cream cheese, the bagel was soft and fresh and overall tasted great.

We get a custom vegan sandwich with grilled eggplant, balsamic glaze, broccoli rabe, sun dried tomatoes, roasted red peppers on toasted bread. It’s so perfect. When it’s warm, you can enjoy in their outdoor seating area. The sandwich costs $11 or $12, depends who does it for you I guess lol my husband loves this and I always have to steal a few bites. It is very filling. Omg I could eat one now…
